As your school counselor, I take your success at Rainshadow very seriously. Here is an overview of the services I try to provide for each student:
Academic Advisement- Providing individual student support in developing academic, personal, social and career goals as it pertains to success in school.
Referral Services- Providing students and their families with community resources.
Crisis Management and Intervention- Providing students, staff and parents/guardians with support during times of stress and/or duress.
Collaboration with Staff- Working with staff to ensure the counseling program is meeting the needs of students as well as staff members.
Community Collaboration- Providing students with every opportunity to make meaningful connections with their community.
Curriculum Implementation- Providing classroom education on topics to ensure academic, personal, social and career success.
Counseling- Providing individual and group counseling to ensure academic, personal, social and career success.
